In 1977 Brett Davis gathered some mates in the family home on Sydney's Southern Beaches and started Christian Surfers. He also pioneered the Christian Surfers International movement in 1999. The new book Ground Swell tells the story of the Christian Surfers from its humble beginnings to a well respected organisation that operates in thirty countries around the world.
