I agree that this educational licence is for the limited, non-broadcast, public exhibition of the cinema version (“FILM”) and/or the episodes (“EPISODES”) of For the Love of God: How the church is better + worse than you ever imagined.
In consideration of payment of the licence fee, the LICENSOR will provide the LICENSEE with one (1) copy of the FILM (downloadable) and one (1) copy of the EPISODES (downloadable).
The LICENSOR hereby grants to the LICENSEE, without warranty, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to screen the FILM and/or EPISODES, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein, as follows:
The LICENSEE hereby expressly agrees that the FILM and/or EPISODES shall be used only for the permitted purposes as set forth in this AGREEMENT and for no other purpose.
The LICENSEE agrees that it shall not permit the FILM and/or EPISODES to be duplicated, sold, loaned, transferred, sub-licensed, televised, or made available online or to any other party not contained herein at any time or in any manner other than as provided for in this AGREEMENT.
The LICENSOR agrees that the LICENSEE may ingest the FILM and/or EPISODES into their local private network for the purposes of making it accessible to their students and teachers.
With respect to the licence granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the LICENSEE that any rights, title, or interest that the LICENSOR maintains with respect to the FILM or EPISODES are expressly reserved by the LICENSOR. This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any amendments, changes, or modifications shall have legal effect and be binding only if made in writing and signed by both parties.
