Licence Agreement
I agree that this single licence is for the limited, non-broadcast, public exhibition of the cinema version (the “FILM”) or episodes (the “EPISODES”) of For the Love of God: How the church is better + worse than you ever imagined.
In consideration of payment of the licence fee, the LICENSOR will provide the LICENSEE with one (1) copy of the FILM (downloadable) or one (1) copy of the EPISODES (downloadable) to be used for the screening. The LICENSOR agrees that the LICENSEE may charge admission to the screening and retain all monies received from ticket sales. The LICENSOR hereby grants to the LICENSEE, without warranty, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to screen the FILM or EPISODES, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein, as follows:
The LICENSEE hereby expressly agrees that the FILM or EPISODES shall be used only for the permitted purposes as set forth in this AGREEMENT and for no other purpose.
The LICENSEE agrees not to permit the FILM or EPISODES to be duplicated, sold, loaned, transferred, sub-licensed, televised, or made available online or to any other party not contained herein at any time or in any manner other than as provided for in this AGREEMENT.
With respect to the licence granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the LICENSEE that any rights, title, or interest that the LICENSOR maintains with respect to the FILM or EPISODES are expressly reserved by the LICENSOR. This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any amendments, changes, or modifications shall have legal effect and be binding only if made in writing and signed by both parties.
